West Jordan City Hall Remodel
West Jordan City Hall has not seen significant upgrades since it opened 30 years ago. Since that time, West Jordan City’s population has tripled and the City planned for a much needed renovation to their city hall. Our team worked closely with the owner and architect to renovate the building sections at a time, phasing the project, which allowed city employees to continue to work while construction happened in other areas of the building. The new spaces feature a community room, gym and locker room, training rooms, office and flex spaces throughout, and an updated city council room. As the city continues to grow, this renovation will allow West Jordan City to accommodate many different city functions such as economic development, city council operations, human resources, legal services, community development and engagement, information technology, and other administrative services.
